SHIPPING POLICY
All items are shipped to Canada and the United Sates via Canada Post and may take up to 3-4 weeks to receive. If the item needs to be exchanged after being shipped/received, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back prior to the new item being sent out.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All made to order items are not eligible for return but can be exchanged.
